Hey! I'm Meghan! I have been on quite the healing journey, and Just Joy Artistry is a direct result of my growth along this path. The name was inspired by my Nana, Joy, who passed 5/26/2019. She was a big part of my life, and I would love to honor her in any way possible.

I never thought I was very artistic, because I can barely draw a stick figure...but art comes in all forms and mediums. I graduatedfrom Johnson & Wales University in 2010, and began my career in the hospitality industry. I have always thrived in the creative aspects of the industry. After a surgery and need for better quality of life, I left the industry and went to cosmetology school. Once again, I thrived on creativity and being able to express myself.

While I still do hair, and love it, I needed something more. One of my dreams is to travel, especially the U.S. in an RV. Being able to create items I love, to share with people I love, brings me JOY. I am continuing my journey of self love and freedom, and this is the next step. I have always been a free spirit, but it is time to make my dreams a reality!

When I'm not creating, you can catch me out with friends, or relaxing at home with my pup! Life is too short for anything other than...

I believe that Joy is something we can spread. By handcrafting one of a kind pieces with positive spiritual intentions, I aim to put a smile on every owner or recipient of my work. Just Joy Artistry will feature work from other artists as well. The sole intention is to spread positivity and Joy.

I am a dreamer by nature. I always want things to live up to its full potential and find beauty in everything. Just Joy Artistry will live up to its name...JUST JOY. It is more than a name, but a lifestyle. I hope to feature other artists, and really curate a community where we can thrive off of positivity and self expression. As a brand, I want to include anything that brings myself or others JOY
